…a little more about me and how I got here….

I spent 15 years leading high performance teams for some of the most prestigious medical device teams. Intuitive Surgical, Hologic and Ethicon.

I knew there was an even greater calling for me and I wanted to share my systems and methodology with the world.

I had a burning desire to HAVE IT ALL – AT THE SAME TIME. The career, a social life, a balanced nervous system, happiness and joy, my philanthropy work in animal rescue and my love for travel and nature.

Many people in my life at that time thought I was crazy, but I KNEW. Deep down we always know and I help my clients pay attention to that “knowing”.

I pivoted out of my corporate role 6 years ago and I haven’t looked back, once!

I now have the flexibility and freedom to show up and serve my executive clients and their teams, my individual clients and also have time, energy and excitement for the things that are the most important to me.

Success is not linear. Your happiness, joy and success are on the other side of designing the life you want and focusing on whats most important. My systems will free you up to focus on what’s most important.
