Kristy’s own career reflects that same pattern. Early in her professional life she entered the medical device industry, joining one of the most disruptive companies in the space at the time. In an intensely competitive environment dominated by seasoned professionals, she quickly distinguished herself and her career accelerated rapidly.
She went on to climb the ranks while helping launch multiple breakthrough technologies, becoming part of teams responsible for some of the most successful product introductions in the industry. Companies like Intuitive Surgical & Hologic.
Fifteen years into that career, Kristy paused long enough to ask a different question. The trajectory in front of her was clear, yet she wanted to be intentional about what the next season of her life would look like. Rather than continue along a path that many considered the pinnacle of professional success, she made a bold decision. She stepped away from a high profile, high earning corporate role and redirected her focus toward the work she had become increasingly passionate about: helping others unlock their full potential through alignment and high performance.
What followed was not a reinvention built from scratch but the creation of a lane entirely her own. Drawing on the same standards, discipline, and performance mindset that defined her corporate career, Kristy built a reputation across industries as a trusted advisor to ambitious leaders navigating expansion, reinvention, and their next level of growth.
Today she leads a highly sought-after advisory and coaching practice that includes private client work, executive advisory, and speaking. Her clients include founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-visibility individuals who value both strategic insight and the ability to move quickly once clarity emerges.
